The Nebraska Championship Meet is an all-class 7th and 8th grade combined track meet that invites the top 24 individuals and top 16 relay teams posted to athletic.net to compete in Gothenburg each year on the Saturday before the High School State Track Meet.

To qualify for the Nebraska Championship Meet, an athlete's results must be posted by a school official to the athletic.net website. The website is a time saving organizational coaching tool for cross country and track and field. To sign up for an account go to:

The Nebraska Championship Meet mission is to provide an opportunity for 7 & 8 grade kids across the state to compete at a high level and experience a championship meet atmosphere. Our goal is to promote track and field in the youth of the state of Nebraska in the spirit of developing future USATF athletes.
