Shot Put: 4kg for girls and boys. All competition implements must be certified for correct weight and marked by a NCM official in order to be used in the competition. Implement certification is located on the west side of the Community Building just East of the competition shot area. Three throws in prelims; 9 qualify to finals, three throws in finals. Two sections of prelims.

Long Jump: Girls and Boys events will run simultaneously on pits west of track. Boys on west pit; Girls on east pit. Three jumps in prelims; 9 qualify to finals, three jumps in finals. Two sections of prelims.
Triple Jump: Girls and Boys events will follow long jump completion. Boys west pit and Girls east pit; competition will run simultaneously. Three jumps in prelims; 9 qualify to finals, three jumps in finals. Two sections in prelims.
High Jump: High Jump area is on the west end of the track. We will run two pits at the same time for the Girls and Boys Competitions. The two pits will be considered one competition, Bar will go up in 2" increments until there are 6 or fewer competitors in the competition at a bar height change, the progression will then advance in 1" increments until their is a clear winner. Starting Height will be meet management decision.
Pole Vault: Pole Vault area is located on the east end of the track facility. Girls will compete on east pit; Boys will compete on west pit. Bar will go up in 6" increments until there are 6 or fewer vaulters in the competition at bar height change; 4" increments until there is a clear winner. Starting Height will be meet management decision.
If inclement weather threatens, Meet Management may change field event procedures.
